Belmond Lee is the Director of Brand Portfolio APAC at Design Hotels, where he leads the brand’s strategic growth and development across the Asia-Pacific region.

With over 13 years of experience in hospitality and media, Belmond brings deep expertise in regional business development and partnerships. He plays a key role in expanding Design Hotels' portfolio across one of the world’s most dynamic and diverse regions. Independent hotels joining Design Hotels can leverage the global distribution channels and loyalty program of its parent company, Marriott International, while retaining the independent spirit and operational flexibility that define the hotel.

Belmond’s career in hospitality began at Hilton, and he has lived and worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and Myanmar. Through extensive travel across APAC, his broad and diverse experience has provided him with a unique perspective on the region's hospitality landscape, shaping his approach to forging valuable partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
