With over 25 years of global experience—and having called Singapore home for the past 15—she brings deep expertise and a dynamic approach to the independent luxury space.

 A specialist in Revenue Management and Distribution, Jagdish has led high-performing teams across renowned brands including Banyan Tree, Shangri-La, and the Ritz-Carlton. Her entrepreneurial spirit also led her to co-found Frozen Lime Asia, a remote service provider delivering tailored solutions in revenue, distribution, sales, and marketing—marking the beginning of her affinity for independent hotels.

 Known for her forward-thinking mindset and love for technology, Jagdish thrives on identifying the next big shift in travel and hospitality. Whether it’s through speaking engagements, roundtables, or workshops, she’s passionate about demystifying data, simplifying complexities, and transforming insight into action.
