As the CEO of a leading natural mineral water brand, she oversees a company that sources pure mineral water from a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, bringing high-quality, accessible hydration to consumers while championing sustainability. Beyond her role in the water industry, Rena has a strong presence in luxury hospitality and real estate development. She is the Director & CEO of Waterfall HK Company Limited and CEO of Valanti Group Company Limited, where she has successfully developed and managed award-winning properties, including: • Rosewood Luang Prabang, Laos • Intercontinental Khao Yai, Thailand • Swan Lake Residential Estate, Thailand Under her leadership, both Rosewood Luang Prabang and Intercontinental Khao Yai have received numerous industry recognitions and awards, reinforcing her expertise in creating unique, high-quality hospitality experiences.

In addition to her hospitality ventures, she has an extensive track record in retail development, having held leadership roles in Phuket Square Company Limited (Jungceylon Lifestyle Center), Fashion People Company Limited (apparel retail), Active Nation Company Limited (sports retail), and ComSeven Public Company Limited (IT retail). Her business acumen spans hotel development, F&B, luxury retail, and consumer goods. 

 With her appointment as a Founding Board member of The Boutique Hotel Series Ltd, Rena’s passion in representing independent and boutique luxury hotel owners and fostering collaboration among smaller, high-end hospitality brands will come to life.
