Anmol is currently the Head of Development, Asia Pacific & Middle East for Generator, which was voted one of the Top 50 Most Innovative Global Companies by Fast Company. His appointment followed a period of record-breaking performance for the business, as well as strategic moves to consolidate its presence in key markets across Europe and the United States, alongside growing interest in Generator’s unique hybrid accommodation model.
In his role, Anmol has been tasked with spearheading the expansion of Generator into key destinations across the APAC & Middle East regions under its two hybrid-hotel brands, Generator and Freehand Hotels, along with its globally acclaimed F&B brand, 'Broken Shaker'.
Generator and Freehand Hotels are a collection of lifestyle and design-led boutique hotels, offering a broad spectrum of accommodation, ranging from shared dormitories to private rooms and luxurious penthouse suites. These properties are complemented by a range of award-winning food and beverage outlets, including poolside rooftop bars, eclectic restaurants, and lively clubs. Each hotel delivers unforgettable guest experiences while also maximizing profitability.
With a significant footprint in Europe and North America—alongside newly secured pipeline properties—Generator and Freehand Hotels are now poised for further expansion. The brands continue to explore opportunities in key tourism hubs across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific, employing a diversified development strategy that includes real estate acquisitions, leases, and management agreements tailored to both individual assets and comprehensive portfolios. Going into 2025, Generator is set to continue its aggressive development push on the back of another record-breaking performance year in 2024.

Vice President of Development, Asia Pacific & Middle East at Standard International, where he led and implemented strategic development initiatives.
Development roles at Park Hotel Group, a Singapore-headquartered regional hotel and resorts owner-operator, overseeing expansion and acquisitions.
Asia Business Unit at Jumeirah Group, where he managed large property portfolios and expansion strategies, covering Luxury, Lifestyle, and Upscale segments across multiple regions.
With a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, Anmol continues to drive innovation and growth, playing a pivotal role in Generator’s global expansion strategy.
