She specialises in curating site specific commissioned sculpture and artwork collections all over the world for hotel, corporate, commercial and retail development projects.
Placing sculpture into a public arena takes both vision and passion, and over the past 36 years Alison has consulted and curated sculpture and art collections on behalf of a diverse clientele that include Henderson Land, Swire Properties, Swire Hotel Group, Cathay Pacific Airways, Sun Hung Kai Properties, Sino Land, China Resources Land, Hutchison Whampoa, Hong Kong Club, MTR Corporation and the Mandarin Oriental Group. A passionate storyteller and place-maker, from the creative narrative and conceptual planning to the final curatorial check, her professional expertise and attention to detail is second to none. “My love of sculpture comes in part from the embarking on an incredible journey with an artist, from the spark of a concept, through an industrial and often dirty process of workshops and foundries, finally arriving at a beautifulpiece of art.”
