Normal’s founder Jinou brings 25+ years of experience in leading global brands of Disney, Hilton and InterContinental Hotels. Immediately prior to founding Normal in 2020, Jinou was Asia Pacific leader of Design HotelsTM, curated collection of 300+ privately owned and independently minded hotels globally.

Jinou has Master's of Management in Hospitality (MMH 97) from Cornell Hotel School, Ithaca, New York.
